Recruitment
1 RSA Assistance Coordinator
- Handle all incoming and outgoing calls for RSA assistance in a prompt and courteous manner in line with company standards
- Take in charge of under supervision of senior coordinators/ OPS Supervisor/ Manager
- Actively participate in on-the-job training
- Compulsory participation in case study and other training course
- Timely report to OPS supervisor/Manager whenever any problem encountered during day-to-day activity
Requirements:
- Previous working experience in RSA is a privilege
- Ability to work on shift
- College degree or above
- Strong sense of responsibility and initiative at work
2 Medical Assistance Coordinator
- Handle all incoming and outgoing calls for medical/travel assistance in a prompt and courteous manner in line with company standards
- Take in charge of under supervision of senior coordinators/ OPS Supervisor/ Manager
- Actively participate in on-the-job training
- Compulsory participation in case study and other training course
- Timely report to OPS supervisor/Manager whenever any problem encountered during day-to-day activity
Requirements:
- Fluent written and spoken English, other language skill is an assist
- Ability to work on shift
- College degree or above
- Strong sense of responsibility and initiative at work
